Shipping And Returns

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday. The only exception is imprinted items, which can take up to 3 weeks.

Carriers

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground and FedEx, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. There is NO additional handling fee.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned, i.e. imprinted items.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, including the original shipping charge for the order.

Exchanges

If your return is in its original condition, you may exchange for a different item(s). You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay the return shipping.
